Yañalif, the new alphabet
The Latin-script new alphabet promoted for Crimean Tatar in the late 1920s: a journal printed in it, the committee that published that journal, and a study of İleri's campaign for it.
In print, 1928
Közaydın's issue of July 1928 is set entirely in the new Latin alphabet, carries on its masthead a line attributed to Lenin declaring the new alphabet to be the revolution in the East, and names the Crimean Central New Alphabet Committee as its publisher.

The thesis on İleri devotes a section of its content analysis to the journal's campaign for the transition to the Latin alphabet (Chapter 2.2, “Latin Alfabesine Geçiş”, thesis pp. 44–57).
